2nd & 7th SEP: ZOOM LAW COURSE: "Intellectual Property, Terminology and Basic Legal Concepts (Copyright, Patents, Trademarks, Designs, Privacy)”
This course covers all the main areas of Intellectual Property, with a strong emphasis on the terminology. It sets out the various grounds for violation of rights and available defences, and the application of general common-law principles. There will also be an examination of statements of case (pleadings) in an action for patent infringement.
It is an ideal course for those wanting to acquire a basic general knowledge of how the various I P rights are protected, which rights are acquired naturally and which have to be registered.

Course consists of two sessions by Zoom of two hours each. In practice, sessions may last a bit longer if required……..at no extra charge.
